bottle allow these features to fully express in the glass. Wine making adheres to old world
techniques with cool fermentations, only one pump-over or punch down per day,
without fining or filtration. Non-reserve wines are aged in 25% new French oak
for 10 months while Leda’s reserve is aged in 50% new oak for 2 years and is
only sourced from the oldest plantings.
